Growth Performance Manager

The opportunity

Unity is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv. This person will work closely with the Ad Operations and Account Management Team to achieve company goals. The position is a phenomenal opportunity to enter the online advertising industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with both internal and external parties to ensure that technical and campaign related issues are handled quickly and appropriately with advertisers
• Assist in the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integration (both new and ongoing) by providing vital technical guidance to both
• Focus on account management through campaign performance analysis and performing ongoing optimization of campaigns to ensure quality for the advertisers
• Work closely on a day2day basis with a Strategic Partnership Manager to enhancing advertiser and publisher relationships and successes with ongoing campaigns and new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal operations and engineering teams on the implementation and management of various user acquisition and monetization products.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in MS office
• English at a native tongue level
