Helpdesk Junior – IT Support

Location: Raanana, Israel

Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Transition to Full-Time after initial months)

Work Schedule: 3 days per week in-office during the first few months, with the opportunity to move to a full-time position.

Overview:

We seek a motivated and technically skilled Helpdesk Junior with at least 2 years of experience in IT support to join our client's team in Raanana. In this role, you will provide essential support to end-users, helping to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. You will be part of the IT team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for users facing computer issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Google Workspace, Active Directory, and other common systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software malfunctions promptly.
• Document and escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
• Offer high-quality technical support to enhance user productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with computers and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Google Workspace troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to support.
