VP of Quality

A leading manufacturing company based in Karmiel is looking for a senior quality manager to join our dynamic team.

Job description:

-Incoming inspections: leading the incoming inspection team and establishing strict quality criteria.

-Final tests: managing the final test process, performing a root cause analysis for deficiencies and performing corrective actions.

- Quality systems: development, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive systems and procedures for quality management.

- Quality of suppliers: assessment and certification of suppliers through internal and external audits.

-Training: providing quality-related training to employees at all levels.

Job requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in quality engineering, electronics or industrial engineering.

- At least 3 years of experience in a quality management role in a production environment.

- Mastery of the Hebrew and English languages ​​(written and spoken).

-Good understanding of ISO 13485 and AS9100 standards.
