Marketing Communications Manager

We have a new opening - we are seeking a senior MarCom Manager for our head office in Airport city!

In this role you will be implementing and creating marketing strategies and promotion initiatives.

We are looking for you - a sharp-minded, dynamic marketing professional experienced in digital marketing for B2B companies.

We would appreciate your highly driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach who gets the job done independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution, in collaboration with global sales & marketing teams, to drive adoption and success of our solutions and products.
• Enhance relationships with key international and local partners by creating marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, campaign concepts, creative assets, and more.

Exhibitions: Planning and execution of overseas exhibitions and events - from concept stage up to logistical management in the field.

• Organize and promote webinars, podcasts, and influencer collaborations, while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Develop and manage public relations initiatives
• Managing social media platforms by creating engaging content, including scheduling and monitoring posts.
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas for all marketing activities, campaigns, and banner creation.
• Track and analyze the marketing and communications performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers and print houses, providing clear design briefs and overseeing the visual aspects of marketing materials.

Ideally, you have:

• Great team player.
• 5+ years' experience in marketing for a global B2B company.
• High level of English - verbal and written – a Must.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing successful exhibitions, from initial concept development to on-site management and post-event analysis – a Must.
• Content writing skills - Plus.
• Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Design tools: Photoshop, Canva, Power Point and other.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Self starter and self learner.
