Mindset, the world's first interactive platform dedicated to dialogues and fostering a healthy online discourse culture, is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our pre-launch team. This is an equity incentive opportunity, where you'll play a vital role in building and executing our go-to-market strategy for our innovative web and mobile platform.

About Mindset:

Mindset is a new social platform that is revolutionizing the way people discuss online.

We do this through a uniquely accessible platform leveraging the huge viral potential of dialogues.

By allowing live video chats on any topic, which are open to an engaged audience, it enables the creation of new influencers, politicians, statistics, and friendships.

We're looking for someone who:

• Lives and breathes digital marketing: You possess 2+ years of experience with a proven track record in B2C marketing, user acquisition for apps/web, and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Pro: You're a master of navigating the ever-evolving social media landscape, adept at crafting engaging content and building communities. (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok Ads experience a plus!)
• American Market Expert: You possess a deep understanding of the American market and its nuances, allowing you to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to execute the comprehensive marketing plan for our pre-launch and launch phases,
• Coordinate all marketing activities across various digital channels (SEO, social media, content marketing) to generate user growth.
• Implement influencer marketing partnerships to amplify brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting valuable insights for optimization.
