About the Role:

Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing relationships with integrators and end-users globally.

Support & Training: Provide technical support to partners and customers. Create training programs, prepare documentation and training activities to partners and customers.

Project Oversight: Manage integration projects with a hands-on approach (70% hands-on, 30% managerial).

Sales Support: Develop demo and proof-of-concept systems, support sales in acquiring new integrators.

Requirements Analysis: Define and document user needs, address issues, and implement system updates.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Command and Control Systems or similar technologies.

- Strong project management skills and network management experience.

- Proficient in Linux and Windows administration, SQL databases, and system analysis.

- Fluent in Hebrew and English. Spanish is a big advantage.
