Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our InspHire team! In this role, you will work closely with one of our esteemed clients—a leading financial technology company—helping to identify and secure top talent in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll be responsible for conducting complex searches using a variety of technological tools, building both short-term and long-term relationships with candidates, and collaborating closely with senior managers and recruitment teams. You’ll work across a wide range of roles, primarily within the technology sector, identifying and mapping top talent for strategic positions. Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, organizing meetups, managing recruitment systems, and contributing as part of both local and global sourcing teams.

Initial Focus Areas:

In your first few months, you’ll focus on:

• Learning the Client's Recruitment Processes: As part of our comprehensive onboarding process, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our client's recruitment strategies.
• Mentorship and Training: You’ll work closely with experienced team members who will mentor you, sharing advanced sourcing practices and insights into what it means to be a Talent Sourcer at InspHire.
• Understanding the Client's Business: You’ll familiarize yourself with the client's products, leadership, company culture, and unique business approach.
• Interview Training: You’ll go through interview training, learning about InspHire’s recruitment philosophy and best practices.
• Handling Challenging Development Roles: You’ll start working on a variety of demanding development positions in close collaboration with professional managers.
• International Talent Acquisition: You’ll gain exposure to working in an international Talent Acquisition team, broadening your global sourcing experience.

Requirements:

• A strong background in recruiting for technology roles is essential for this position.
• Experience using advanced sourcing tools and techniques to find and engage top talent.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
• Experience working in a team environment, both locally and globally.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.

Recruitment Process:

Here’s what you can expect:

1. Introductory Conversation: A 30-minute open conversation with one of our team members to get to know each other.
2. Professional and Personal Interview: A 60-minute interview with me, focusing on your recruitment and sourcing experience, and how well you align with our team culture and the client’s project needs.
3. Client Interview: A professional interview with the client, where your thought process and professional knowledge will be assessed.
