Co-Founder CTO

Company Overview:

We are an innovative startup focused on developing a cutting-edge AI strategic planning platform tailored for startups, entrepreneurs, and companies. We are currently in the pre-seed stage and are seeking a passionate and experienced Co-Founder/CTO/VP of R&D to join our team and lead the technical vision and execution.

Position Overview:

As a Co-Founder and CTO/VP of R&D, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the company. You will be responsible for leading the development of our AI-driven platform, making strategic decisions on technology stacks, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of hands-on development, AI expertise, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for our platform.
• AI Integration: Lead the design, development, and integration of AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, machine learning models) to power personalized and predictive features within the platform.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly software.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Hands-on Development: Engage in hands-on coding, especially in the initial stages, to develop prototypes and core features.
• R&D Strategy: Lead the R&D efforts, focusing on continuous innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and leveraging emerging technologies.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the platform adheres to industry standards for data security, privacy, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of R&D, or equivalent).
• AI Expertise: Strong expertise in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-driven products.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable infrastructure.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and dynamics of early-stage companies.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
