Operational and Application Support Specialist - Core Systems

Job Description:

Responsible for operational support and application maintenance for the organization's core systems. Provide service, handle, and track internal user and external vendor requests, including process understanding, automation initiation, and execution for ongoing control and operations. Collaborate with interfaces such as infrastructure, information security, development teams, and QA. Perform routine checks, manage, and investigate issues.

Full-time position, availability for overtime is required.

Requirements:

• Technical education/courses - required.
• At least one year of experience in application support within an organization - required.
• Experience with SQL (join level and above) - required.
• Experience writing scripts in various languages - required.
• Experience in implementing and providing solutions using automation tools - a significant advantage.
