Trading Room Operation Specialist

A leading financial organization is seeking a Trading Room Operations Specialist.

The Trade Support Unit provides services to the trading room and brokerage, handling operational activities such as off-exchange transactions and custodial services for Israeli securities with local exchange members. Additionally, the unit supports trading processes in foreign securities and foreign exchange. It is also responsible for consolidation, reporting, and management in brokerage and trading-related areas, as well as branch operations.

Job Description:

Provide operational support for the needs of brokerage traders and the OTC trading room.

Support customer needs within the unit's areas of responsibility.

Work with foreign clients in the trading room and collaborate with both local and international brokers.

Execute and manage a reinforcement team for evening shifts (up to 19:00/clearinghouse closure).

Job Requirements:

Academic degree in Economics/Business Administration.

Experience in the capital market within financial institutions.

Investment advisor license - an advantage.

High proficiency in Excel, experience with SQL - an advantage.

High-level English proficiency, with strong skills in Office software.

Teamwork and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Note: The position involves working from Monday to Friday, including holiday eves and intermediate days.
