Your Role:

• Strategic Sales and BD Leadership: Drive and develop strategies for significant revenue growth within the division.
• Market Expansion and Product Development: Lead the charge in exploring new markets and developing products for diverse market segments and territories.
• Data-Driven Sales Excellence: Collect and analyze key data to ensure year-over-year improvement in sales and business development.
• Collaborative Leadership: Engage with multiple layers of employees and sales managers to ensure day-to-day and long-term objectives align with strategic goals.

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in global sales management, with an edge in technical, engineering-based sales.
• A relevant degree and a background in technical and engineering fields are a plus.
• Proven track record in penetrating new markets and territories.
• Experience managing a large, diverse international sales team.
• Strong familiarity with both the American and Asian markets.
• Fluent command of English.
