Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Team Lead to join our growing organization.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of talented developers, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
• Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new and existing projects
• Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations where appropriate

Location: On-site, 5 days a week (Center Israel)- Holon or Yahud

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in leadership and architecture.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, JAVA microservices architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
