Responsibilities

• This function will oversee the Technologies work plan in terms of : Workforce, WIP, budget, efficiencies, initiatives, improvements, policies, etc.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, maintaining & operating Technologies missions (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle, etc...).
• Coordinate between the Technologies units and other departments
• Responsible for raising flags and being a gatekeeper based on projects needs and priorities.
• Initiate processes, policies, and procedures to ensure Technologies are providing its services with transparency and excellence.
• Global Budget control - requirements, allocation, monitoring, handling exceptions, and meeting budget frames.
• Managing application platforms activity - monitoring changes, regulations, work plan, compliance, and control.
  
  

• +3 years of experience in PMO Planning & Control activities – Must.
• +3 years of experience in global technological companies – Must.
• Excellent technology skills and knowledge : best practices, policies, and regulations – Must.
• Experience in Budget management – P&L understanding, project Costs, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps, high analytical skills - Must.
• Excellent English - Must .
• Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications – Must.
• Service oriented – Must
• First degree in Industrial engineering, PMP certificate - Advantage.
• Relevant background in SW/Communication global companies.
• Outstanding Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively.
• Personal skills: Independent, hard worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, prefer a fast-paced working environment.
