MIS Integration Engineer (Temporary)

About the Role:

HiBob is seeking a talented MIS Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role focuses on developing and implementing integrations and enhancements to optimize and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent self-learning capabilities, and the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and an agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration solutions and workflows using tools like Workato to automate and enhance business processes.
• Assist internal customers in optimizing system performance and resolving integration challenges.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, showcasing how integration solutions can support business automation needs effectively.
• Collaborate with internal technical and business teams, including developers, project managers, and information system implementors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Continuously monitor and improve Information Systems processes to maintain scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Configure and customize Workato recipes, connectors, triggers, and data transformations to ensure accurate data transfer and synchronization across integrated systems.
• Investigate and resolve integration-related issues, providing timely support and addressing system anomalies.

• Familiarity with coding (Python, Ruby) and database work (SQL).
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce systems and their business processes - Advantage
• Basic Familiarity with AWS services (S3 , SQS , SNS , Lambda) - Advantage
