About the role:

We offer you an opportunity to be part of a large corporation, to work on large-scale systems, and to lead improvement and new process implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Management and leadership of a department of approximately 20 employees in the field of development, establishment, and maintenance of applicative infrastructures and Oracle, MS-SQL databases
• Responsibility for designing solutions for organizational needs and their implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and administration of systems across all services and ongoing operation
• Responsibility for maintenance and development of distributed systems
• Working with solution providers and parallel bodies in Israel and abroad
• Working with interfaces and providing 24/7 support
• Establishment of systems according to various projects, project management, bug resolution, investigation, and implementation of automation methods for infrastructure environments, preservation and improvement of availability, residuals, infrastructure performance, and information security level

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a managerial role in one of the content worlds: databases and/or applicative infrastructures
• Deep knowledge of development infrastructures, operating systems, communication, and databases
• Experience in managing and maintaining advanced and traditional 24X7 production systems
• Ability and experience in leading development projects combined with infrastructure worlds
• Broad vision and ability to plan and define architectural business requirements
• Experience in operating environments with 24*7 availability
• Familiarity with worlds and regulatory standards with an emphasis on information security aspects
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with clients in a large organization, high business understanding
• Proficiency in English at a high level
