Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle HCM Consultant at Top Vision in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work. The Oracle HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions, providing consulting services, and managing human capital projects. Daily tasks include working closely with clients, configuring systems, conducting training sessions, and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Human Capital Management, Human Capital, and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Certifications in Oracle HCM or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
