Sales Marketing Manager

is looking for a

Sales & Marketing manager

Job Description:

• Manage sales and marketing activities in the field of electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for the Defense sector
• Manage a wide range of customers
• International and local Business development
• Generate new business pipeline
• Increase sales from existing accounts
• Build strategic relationships and business plans with key accounts
• Contribute to the company’s products and services roadmap
• Continuous collaboration with the Project Management teams, R&D and operations
• Create workplan and execution

Activities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from RFP to Customer Requirements, throughmanaging bids and proposals all the way to contract awards.
• Manage complex proposals and bid processes with complex technological requirements for a tailor-made solutions.

Pre-requisites:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar position – managing sales and marketing for the Defense sector
• Familiarity with the Israeli and the International Defense sector - mandatory
• Familiarity with Armor Vehicle market - advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills, experience in negotiations
• Independent

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or business administration MBA – Advantage
