Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and creative Technical Recruiter to join our team in Ramat Gan, near to a train station.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying top-tier technological candidates from various fields to fill complex roles for a diverse range of companies in the Israeli market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source technological candidates across various fields for complex roles.
• Proactively reach out to passive talents through various networks.
• Provide tailored job matching services for candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including resume review, conducting professional interviews, writing evaluations, and matching candidates to relevant positions.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to meet recruitment goals.

Requirements:

-A higher education degree in Social Sciences or Behavioral Sciences.

-Prior experience working in roles involving interpersonal interaction.

-Proficiency in computer applications.

-Strong interpersonal skills, high level of discernment, motivation, and a drive for success.

-Previous experience in recruitment and/or human resources - a significant advantage.
