Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description:

Full responsibility for the company’s entire bookkeeping system up to the balance sheet.

Bank reconciliations.

Preparation of materials for reporting to authorities and performing various reconciliations.

Recording supplier invoices, making payments to suppliers, and issuing invoices to customers.

Collaboration with the purchasing department.

Coordination with suppliers, customers, banks, and other external entities.

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper Level 3 – Mandatory.

Previous experience as a Chief/Single Bookkeeper in a company – Mandatory.

Proficiency in Excel – Mandatory.

Proficiency in Priority softwar – Mandatory.

Experience working with the STORNEXT supplier portal – Advantage.

Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills

The position is located in Petah Tikva, on site only, no option for a hybrid model.
