Responsibilities:

• Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
• Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
• Support processes of data receiving into the system
• Provide technical support for the Success Managers
• Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
• Generate special reports based on existing data

Desired experience and skills:

• Academic Degree/Diploma
• Technological orientation
• Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
• Attention to details and thorough
• Ability to work successfully under goal plans
• Fast learning curve
• Good spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
