Part-Time Website Administrator and IT Manager (Freelance)

About Us: We are a dynamic company in the fintech industry, committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Website Administrator and IT Manager. This role is essential for maintaining our online presence and ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:

o Oversee the administration and maintenance of all company websites hosted on several cloud solutions.

o Regularly update content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal website performance.

o Manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, and other technical aspects of the websites.

o Coordinate with GoDaddy support and other providers for advanced technical issues or escalations.

IT Management:

o Provide IT support for internal teams, addressing remote IT issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.

o Manage company computers, including setup, updates, security, and troubleshooting.

o Ensure the company’s IT infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.

o Document and maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and warranties.

Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all website and IT-related inquiries.

o Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address their IT needs.

o Communicate effectively with providers support to resolve technical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· This position is for freelancers only.

· Proven experience in website administration, particularly with GoDaddy-hosted sites.

· Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, and general web hosting concepts.

· Proficiency in IT management, including remote support for software and hardware issues.

· Familiarity with IT security best practices.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT management.

· High-level English - Mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the high-tech industry.

· Certifications in IT management or web development.
