Senior System Admin

· Manage and monitor the virtual infrastructure, including VMWARE, virtual servers, and storage systems

· Administer and maintain Linux & Windows servers

· Provide configuration management and security compliance for on-perm

· Manage updates, upgrades, and firmware patches for virtual and on-prem Infrastructure

· Work closely with other teams to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems

· Participate in the development and implementation of CI / CD processes and automation

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the infrastructure

What do we want to see?

· 3-5 years of Industry experience as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator

· Solid understanding and administration of VMware & Storage systems

· Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Office, Visio)

· Experience working on Linux (CentOS/Debian/Ubuntu)

· Experience of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10, 2012 to 2019 Servers)

· Manage, support & maintain NAS/SAN Storages: NetApp, Dell,IBM, and HP

· Experience with data center operations

· Experience with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, printers)

· Ability to resolve issues related to printing, desktop hardware, and connectivity issues

· High proficiency in managing Microsoft Services, including AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in English language, written and verbal communication

· Operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols

· Excellent People skills

· System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus

· Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure with attention to details

· Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

· Quick learner, thorough, accurate, organized, and productive, attention to details
