Senior support specialist for information systems in a leading organization

Job description:

The position includes providing support to end users in all organizational processes. This includes training users, creating training aids, conducting training sessions, assisting in troubleshooting and implementing processes in the organization's specialized information systems.

Requirements:

- At least two years of experience in writing SQL queries - mandatory

- Familiarity with business processes related to orders, invoices and receipts - mandatory

- Background in finance / accounting - a significant advantage

- Familiarity with SAP systems - a significant advantage

- Good command of English - an advantage

- Mastery of Office software - mandatory

- Previous experience in training - an advantage

- Experience in end user support - an advantage

- Ability to work with several interfaces
