About the role:

• Overall responsibility for product and service development processes in the field of advanced payments, from initiation to launch
• Analyzing and defining needs, building a Roadmap, KPIs, and work plans
• Leading discussions with existing and new partners to strengthen and build business collaborations based on new products
• Analyzing the competitive environment, trends in Israel and worldwide, and benchmarking against leading international products

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in product management
• Experience in managing and leading cross-organizational processes
• Experience working in large/technological organizations
• Experience in the financial sectors (payments, credit)
• Knowledge and familiarity with the public sector - an advantage
• Creativity, ability to think outside the box, and high motivation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with organized work plans
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to logically analyze complex processes and problems
• Proficiency in working with Excel and creating presentations
