About the role:

Responsibility for the management, operation and work culture at Cal's new office building, and upgrading the work environment for an advanced employee experience.

• Comprehensive responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the company's sites nationwide, with an emphasis on the new Cal headquarters.
• Defining, planning, and managing a multi-year professional program with a long-term vision in the areas of ongoing and preventive maintenance of organizational systems across all sites.
• Ensuring proper and continuous operation of systems supporting data and communication rooms, air conditioning, UPS, electricity, etc.
• Managing subcontractors and service providers such as catering, cafeterias, office cleaning, and equipment.
• Maintaining direct and ongoing communication with property owners and management companies at the company's sites.
• Implementing a service-oriented culture to ensure high-standard services for company employees.
• Reporting to the Procurement Department Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in property operation and management for an end user.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or relevant courses and certifications - an advantage.
• Ability to manage and motivate employees, suppliers, and service providers.
• Broad, systemic vision, high planning capabilities alongside organization and order skills.
