We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to secure prospective clients within governments and law enforcement agencies across Europe, Africa & the Middle East. Your role will involve creating a positive experience and nurturing strong relationships with government entities, political officials, and law enforcement agencies. As a Sales Manager, you will join our exceptional sales team and be responsible for achieving regional revenue targets by leading innovative technical discussions with key prospects and managing daily account-level activities. Ultimately, you will have the unique opportunity to become a highly valued business partner and trusted advisor, playing a crucial role in our sales process every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Explore New Business Opportunities: As Sales Manager, you will plan, execute and grow new government accounts and business opportunities. You will need to create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass quarterly goals.
- Hunter Role: This position requires frequent in-person meetings, initiated, scheduled, and managed by the representative. This role is a mix of sales, corporate strategy, planning, and enablement.
- Lead Generation: Utilize networks, email, and other available methods to generate new leads that contribute to the sales pipeline and ultimately, revenue for Cyabra.
- Prospect Qualification: Assess prospects based on company-defined criteria for ideal customers and understand the governments’ landscape and needs to effectively position Cyabra’s offerings.
- Territory Management: Create, maintain, and implement a territory plan to forecast sales performance accurately and meet assigned sales quotas on a quarterly basis.
- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans that identify opportunities for the company to add value, including strategic drivers, key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and financial targets.
- Sales Support Collaboration: Determine sales support needs and collaborate with other departments to generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation with government entities.
What you bring to the table:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years in SaaS / Cyber / IT Government Sales
- Customer Relationships: Proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships within the Federal Government.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to compellingly articulate Cyabra’s value proposition to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
- Relevant Background: Experience in a similar role or within a comparable organization.
- Sales Achievement: Experienced in participating in a team-selling environment and have assumed the ownership role for an assigned, geographic accounts and territory. Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent skills in delivering presentations.
- Pressure Management: Ability to perform well under pressure with minimal guidance while achieving high success.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to make prompt decisions.
- Leadership: Experience building and managing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners and external counterparts
- Networking: Ability to build and sustain effective networks
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events and conferences.
