As a Security GRC Specialist, you'll be pivotal in orchestrating and executing transformative cybersecurity initiatives for our valued clients. What You'll Do

• Oversee and enhance cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance processes within the supply chain, ensuring the security and integrity of critical vendor relationships.

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness programs to empower and educate employees, fostering a proactive security culture within the organization.

• Collaborate with relevant privacy protection authorities, staying abreast of regulations, and ensuring the organization's adherence to data privacy laws and standards.

• Manage and coordinate penetration testing surveys, assessing the organization's security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending effective remediation strategies.

• Generate detailed vulnerability assessment documents for diverse technologies, providing a comprehensive analysis of potential risks and actionable recommendations to fortify the organization's cybersecurity defenses.

• Lead strategic cyber security projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors, to define project objectives and ensure alignment with security goals.

• Write comprehensive reports, protocols, plans, and presentations detailing cybersecurity findings, strategies, and recommendations.

Who are you

To thrive in this role, you'll bring the following qualifications and attributes:

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in the cyber security domain, with a proven track record in driving and managing cyber security projects, showcasing your ability to deliver successful outcomes.

• Hands-on experience in supply chain risk management, demonstrating proficiency in assessing, mitigating, and enhancing security measures across the supply chain lifecycle.

• Proven track record of actively utilizing and managing cybersecurity awareness platforms, practical experience in designing and implementing effective employee training programs.

• Extensive familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, experience in navigating and ensuring compliance with diverse global and regional privacy protection authorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew & English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• A solid understanding of security principles, technologies, and best practices.

• Experience creating comprehensive reports, protocols, plans, and presentations that outline identified vulnerabilities, associated risks, and recommended mitigation strategies for various technologies.

• Proven capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, coupled with a track record of successfully managing cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills in the dynamic Cyber GRC landscape.

• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP, are highly desirable.

• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends.
