As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Project M, you will develop solutions that directly empower better patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing, using cross-platform frameworks.
• Develop and manage robust, scalable back-end Python services that handle large volumes of data. Utilize data pipelines and algorithms to efficiently extract, process, and analyze this data.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and clinicians to create cohesive and scalable solutions.
• Implement DevOps principles and practices to automate the software development lifecycle, including utilizing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• BSc in CS, EE, or a related discipline from a leading university.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong front-end development skills with experience developing cross-platform applications using frameworks like Flutter and React Native.
• Proficiency in backend development, particularly with Python, and experience working with data-heavy systems.
• Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to thrive in a startup environment, and passion to work in the healthcare domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Significant experience in data engineering
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry.
