Job Description:

·      Developing and executing product strategies.

·      Leading and mentoring product management teams.

·      Work together with the management to lead the Product side.

·      Driving cross-functional collaboration.

·      Conducting market and user research.

·      Defining product requirements and priorities.

·      Monitoring and analyzing KPIs and metrics.

·      Leading product roadmap planning.

Qualifications:

·     Management experience - must have.

·     Background in the Gaming industry.

·     Great motivation and passionate in gaming industry, video gamer – must.

·     Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·     Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

·     Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

·     5+ years of experience in product management. experience with Mobile apps/ Gaming/ B2C products - must have. Desktop app – big advantage.

·     Skills in business analysis, business process design, project management.

·     Fluent in English.

·     Startup experience - nice to have.
