DSP Team Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced DSP Team Leader to join our small, highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Digital Signal Processing, modem development, Matlab, C++, and algorithms, with a passion for leading the research and development of our real-time software DSP library, which is central to our system.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the research and development of new modem capabilities.
• Manage a team of skilled and experienced engineers.
• Engage in hands-on coding.
• Contribute to the R&D management team.
• Work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong profiling abilities.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Over 5 years of experience in DSP software development and a genuine passion for it.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Proficiency in Matlab, C++, and Linux systems.
• Experience in developing independent libraries.
• Strong technical expertise and a drive to learn more.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with IPP library usage.
