Job Description

Be a key part in the CyberArk Alero team, owners of several innovative SaaS focused services, including Remote Access and Secure Web Sessions.

We are searching for a Team Leader to join us on our journey to create additional products and features for our customers.

The responsibilities will include:

• Producing valuable and qualitative deliverables for our customers in timely fashion
• Provide technical authority to your team by demonstrating a hands-on leadership style
• Professional growth of the team members
• The overall development, code quality and production by the team members
• Permanent hands-on keeping the code up-to-date
• Working hand-in-hand with architects, product owners and other teams
  
  

• 5+ years hands-on experience of C++ development on Windows OS
• 2+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 3 developers
• Proven experience in multi-threaded applications
• Proven participation in development of commercial off-the-shelf large-scale software products
• Understanding of development, CI/CD, and deployment tools and methodologies for Windows applications
• Passionate about code design, high-quality code and code reviews, optimizing, and challenging the status quo
• Eager to own and maintain code and push it at the highest quality and security level
• Capable and courageous enough to deep dive into complex areas in the system, analyse them, suggest solutions, and make necessary changes
• Self-learner, with great technical skills and high attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in team
• Fluent English
  
  

• Experience with Chromium or Chromium-based projects
• Familiarity with other programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with security standards and understanding of security best practices
• Experience working with MacOS, and Linux/Unix Operating Systems
• Extensive experience with source code branching, merging and release methodologies
• Strong knowledge in Windows APIs and Frameworks
• Knowledge in POSIX compliant systems such as Linux or BSD (administration and development)
