A leading company in the medical cannabis sector is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new processes while improving and monitoring existing ones to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in greenhouse operations.
• Manage and optimize key parameters in the growing process, continuously fine-tuning the cultivation program to achieve the highest standards.
• Analyze trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with GMP procedures and enhance cross-functional efficiency.
• Balance hands-on fieldwork with office-based responsibilities, offering a dynamic and varied work environment.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a relevant industry, with a strong preference for experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to engage in a role that blends fieldwork with office-based tasks.
