Vice President of Product Management

One of our clients, a cutting-edge company specializing in AI-driven solutions for advanced medical diagnostics, is looking to hire an experienced VP of Product. This innovative start-up is revolutionizing healthcare through its state-of-the-art SaaS products, making a significant impact on precision medicine. With headquarters in the USA and Israel, the company boasts a global presence and a team of world-class professionals dedicated to transforming the medical landscape.

Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, the VP of Product will lead product strategy and development within the medical device sector, driving innovation and growth in AI-powered diagnostics. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine product positioning in the medical device and AI sectors.
• Providing visionary leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Defining and prioritizing high-impact product requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Developing and executing an advanced product roadmap that drives innovation and scalability in medical technologies and AI solutions.
• Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare administrators, and technology innovators, to ensure products meet market demands.
• Collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years in a VP Product role, with strong experience in the medical device or digital health industries.
• A BSc in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience with quality and regulatory frameworks in the medical device sector.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative AI-driven medical devices.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
• a background in software engineering

Company location: This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working two days a week from home, with the office located near a train station in Tel Aviv.
