Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to play a key role in this innovative project. This position requires a combination of technical prowess in AI and machine learning, along with a hands-on approach to development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of advanced AI solutions within our internal systems.
• Research and evaluate open AI models to identify the best fit for the project's objectives.
• Design, train, and fine-tune AI models to meet our specific requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective deployment and scaling of AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the software development team, utilizing Next.js and other relevant technologies to ensure seamless integration.
• Continuously improve the solution, adding new features and enhancing performance based on organizational feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Machine Learning and AI: Strong background in AI, with a focus on machine learning, natural language processing, and particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). Proven track record of deploying sophisticated AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience with the development, training, tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models. Familiarity with open-source LLM frameworks and their customization for specific use cases.
• Software Development Skills: Proficiency in software development, particularly with Next.js and React. Experience in integrating AI technologies into web-based applications is highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to independently solve complex, technical challenges and adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of the project.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field with a focus on LLMs.
• Project Management: Experience in leading AI projects, especially those involving LLMs, from conception through to deployment and iteration.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in a corporate or enterprise environment, with a demonstrated impact on organizational processes or workflows.
