Head of Product

Utilizing cutting-edge AI, we optimize Factories' electricity usage to decrease CO2 emissions.

Among our customers are industry giants such as Nestlé, Quaker, and Osem.

We seek a highly skilled Head of Core Product Management to join our dynamic team at Ecoplant and lead our Core Platform, On-Boarding, and Edge IoT activities.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience with direct management experience with product managers (>3 years).
• Proven experience in IoT products delivered through SaaS, ideally in the industrial sector.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Proven experience working with UI/UX designers in SaaS environment, including dashboard and mobile applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is - A must.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering fields is highly desired
• Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and proven experience driving both inbound and outbound activities (Excellent English is A Must)
• A leader and a team player with an excellent ability to work across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a *multi-region* team of product managers, fostering a culture of top-notch product methodologies, creativity and excellence.
• Product Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic direction of the product, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives of Ecoplant’s core products.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
• Customers-focus and Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams and other product leaders within Ecoplant.
• Lead activity within parent corporate and collect requirements, build a business case and prioritize our on-going release scope.
