Seedling Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (3091)

A long-standing and stable company in the medical cannabis industry is seeking a Seedling Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a seedling and seed production plan aligned with marketing needs.
• Manage internal and external orders (production, delivery, and laboratory samples).
• Write production procedures and protocols.
• Lead production-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with IMC-GAP, GACP, and PPIS standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and forms.
• Professionally represent the company during external audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of experience in agricultural project management.
• High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong computer skills.
• Degree in agronomy (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with planting (preferred).
• Experience working with cannabis is a plus.
