Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Success Student at Weekin in Yakum, Israel. The role involves assisting customers with utilizing the smart automatic CRM protocols, managing student self-service enrollment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM systems
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of web and mobile applications
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
