IP Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Product & Privacy Legal Counsel to join our legal department in Tel Aviv.

Wake up for this:

• Provide expert legal advice on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, such as licenses, terms of use, and vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations.
• Manage and protect Artlist’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Stay abreast of emerging IP issues and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IP policies and strategies.

Requirements:

Experience

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in intellectual property law, preferably with a background in tech/media companies or law firms serving similar clients
• Deep understanding and experience in copyright and trademark law
• Familiarity with global IP regulations and emerging legal frameworks
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts related to IP (licenses, terms of service, EULAs, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• English on a native speaker level
