Employment Counsel - Temporary

Playtika is looking for an employment counsel to join our legal team.

The employment counsel will provide legal assistance on a variety of employment matters in Israel and other jurisdictions Playtika operates in.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Playtika’s Director of Employment and HR team, provide advice and support on a wide variety of employment and compensation & benefit matters in Israel and abroad.
• Manage employment matters in Israel and abroad while cooperating with other team members within the legal department (commercial, privacy) and with outside counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents including policies, employment agreements, termination documents etc.
• Ensure employment law compliance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as an employment counsel in a leading law firm (advising hi-tech/international companies- Advantage) or in a legal department of a global company.
• Excellent English (both written and oral).
• Excellent drafting, communication, and technological skills.
• Additional legal experience such as commercial and privacy – Advantage.
