Lead RMA Planner

We are looking for a Lead RMA Planner to join our RMA Team (Global Appliances Operations group), who has a passion for the Supply Chain world, desires to work with large databases, create forecasts and build complex inventory analysis.

In this position you will use your expertise in Operational processes and lead activities that will achieve high data accuracy and predictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitor on inbound/outbound of units from global RMA hubs
• Inventory control at the RMA global hubs
• Data update in ERP system as required
• Purchase requests and invoices payments to logistics vendors
• Lead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvement
  
  

• BA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering
• 4-5 Years of experience a Planner/Project Manager in supply chain/RMA Specialist in a global organization
• Proven experience in service management to customers: SLA, Response time, event analysis followed by corrective actions
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent service approach
• Professional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT and others)
• English – as mother tongue
• Team player
• High communication skills
• Self-motivated, fast learner, responsible
