This is a full-time on-site role as the MRO Head Defence at Aviation Indeed in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The MRO Head Defence will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, repair, and operations activities related to defense aviation. Daily tasks include managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing resources, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and operations in the defense aviation sector
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Certifications in aviation maintenance management are a plus
