Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and services
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
