Role Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team and help bring Reeflect to life.

This role involves handling both backend and frontend development, ensuring seamless

integration of cloud services, payment systems, and infrastructure. The app will feature

location-based functionality to enhance user experience.

There is an option for the right candidate to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO),

including managing the development team. This is a partnership opportunity with equity (no salary)

and offers a chance to shape the future of a groundbreaking app designed for watersports enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development expertise with experience in Flutter\React Native.
• Proven experience in mobile application development.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, cloud services, credit clearing, and payment processing.
• Experience in the watersports industry is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with location-based functionality is a plus.
• Ability to handle scaling server-side and database operations for large user bases.
• Ability to organize CI/CD processes and manage database migrations in production environments.
