Lead Oracle Database Administrator

NESS is looking for a DBA lead.

The position includes integration into a high-quality and strong DBA team, in an organization with thousands of users and hundreds of servers that is in a boom of activity and moving to advanced and innovative technologies.

The team trusts the ongoing operation of the databases on all its environments from the initiation, implementation, and maintenance phase.

As part of the position: responsibility for managing the development and maintenance of databases in central systems.

The work includes proactive monitoring in the various systems. The work requires skill in operating systems (Linux/windows) and Oracle and MSSQL databases.

Full time position in Petah Tikva.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in maintaining and managing large data warehouse environments - a must.

Experience in maintenance, backups, installations, DB ORACLE operation - a must.

experience in; Performance tuning - a must.

Experience in writing PL/SQL stored procedure - a must.

Experience writing scripts (tcsh, bash, ksh) - a must.

Experience working with LINUX, UNIX HPUX, WINDOWS operating systems - a must.

Experience performing backups and restores with RMAN - a must.

Experience with Oracle versions 8i, 11g,12g,19c - a must.
