Senior Android Developer (Tech Lead)

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will be leading the development of both Android and iOS sides of our product, play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our mobile applications. 

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and efficient mobile solutions. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in developing SDK and perfecting the development processes, solving complex problems and introducing new approaches, curious, fast learning and totally hands-on. As an integral member of our startup, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our technology and drive innovation in this exciting field.

Our offices located in Ramat Gan (Diamond District), Israel, near public transport and rail station.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile SDK and applications for the Android platform using Kotlin, Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality.
• Implement and support the clients on site.

Requirements

• BSC in Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Android Native Applications development.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience with SDK
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience with Java/Kotlin.
