About Us:

Precise Hotesl and Resorts is a hospitality group operates a portfolio of 18 hotels across 4 countries in Europe, mainly focus in resorts and luxery hotels. We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our dynamic team and support our continued growth and success.

Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within our hotel group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting and tax reports.
• Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings and audits.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the hotel group.
• Cost Control: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA.
• Previous auditing experience, with a BIG 4 accounting firms – An advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in accounting and financial reporting – An advantage for real estate or hospitality experience.
• Well-organized, attention to detail, accountability, and excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce accurate and quality deliverables, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international diverse team.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently abroad to support our international operations and collaborate with teams across different locations.
