Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Offering Manager to join our marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative solutions and product offering strategies that meet market demands and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and continuous improvement of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive solutions/product offering strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define and refine solution requirements.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire offering lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring sustained success.
- Sales Enablement: Develop effective strategies and create compelling sales enablement materials to support the sales team.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of solutions/products, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, or advanced degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in HLS (Homeland Security) and Defense
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a proven ability to meet deadlines by effectively gathering information from stakeholders to ensure optimal processes.
- Language: Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English - a must. Spanish, French - an advantage
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals.
