Key Responsibilitis:

▪︎ Design and implement computational models to study the structure-function relationships of peptides and other biomolecules relevant to our STR platform.

▪︎ Analyze and interpret results to guide experimental design and drug developent.

▪︎ Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize the binding affinity and specificity of our STRs.

▪︎ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computational biology and structural biochemistry to incorporate new methodologies into our worflow.

Requiements:

▪︎ PhD in Computational Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field – a must.

▪︎ Experience with Schrödinger Suite – a must.

▪︎ Experience with cancer research – an advantage.

▪︎ Experience with peptide modeling and simulation – an advantage.

▪︎ Programming experience – an advantge.

▪︎ Creative and self-taught, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independetly.

▪︎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

▪︎ Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, can-do attitude.
