Code Blue is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of an innovative cyber crisis preparedness and management platform.

About Us

Code Blue specializes in cyber crisis preparedness and management services for enterprises worldwide. We provide unparalleled expertise in minimizing cyber crisis duration, mitigating operational, financial, and regulatory impacts, and safeguarding corporate reputation.

We are improving corporates’ ability to recover from cyber-attacks and manage cyber crises using a multidisciplinary team that handles all aspects of a cyber crisis (incident response, BCP, negotiation, privacy and regulation, communication, and reputation management).

The company is three years old and has dozens of paying customers. But we are still small (less than 20), and each new person joining us plays a significant role in the company’s success.

The Product

The current product, a comprehensive cyber crisis preparedness and management platform, is being used internally, with users in multiple locations (IL & Europe). It is a key tool in maintaining and improving our organizational knowledge and know-how and supplying the same quality of service to our customers worldwide.

The product is being used to conduct assessments (around the client’s recovery abilities), build work plans tailored for the customer (to close the gaps found during the assessment), build emergency protocols for different types of cyber crisis scenarios/company types, and manage cyber crises (a successful cyber-attack that significantly influences the client).

Responsibilities:

·        Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap

·        Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal users, stakeholders, and industry trends

·        Collaborate closely with engineering (external company) and other stakeholders to ensure product success

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the cybersecurity space

·        Develop and maintain product documentation, including PRDs

·        Work with external partners to assess potential collaborations and integrations

·        Translate current company methodologies into product features

Requirements

·        3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in cybersecurity

·        Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful B2B products

·        Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, trends, and challenges

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field; MBA is a plus

·        Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

·        Experience with agile development methodologies

·        Excellent project management and organizational skills

·        Independent (ability to solve problems)

·        Fluent in Hebrew and English

Preferred Qualifications

·        Knowledge of cyber crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning

·        Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in cybersecurity (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

·        Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies

We work four days from the office in Ramat HaChayal, Tel-Aviv, and one day (Thursday) from home.
