Data Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled Data Engineers to join our team and contribute to building robust and scalable data pipelines. You will design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse. This role involves developing and implementing data quality checks, optimizing pipelines for performance, and collaborating with data analysts and scientists. Additionally, you will troubleshoot data-related issues and stay updated on the latest data engineering technologies.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python programming (minimum 2 years)
• Proven SQL expertise (minimum 2 years)
• Experience with streaming data platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with container orchestration (OpenShift, Kubernetes) is a significant advantage
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Splunk, Elastic) is preferred
• Solid understanding of database-oriented architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of data modeling and warehousing concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools
